CRM Manager

We are looking for a CRM Manager to join our team and help build effective user communication strategies that drive engagement, retention, and revenue. The ideal candidate has experience in CRM marketing within the iGaming industry and understands how to manage the full user lifecycle through automated and triggered campaigns.

You will work with CRM platforms, build segmentation strategies, run A/B tests, and optimize communication flows to improve user activation and monetization.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize CRM communication strategies to improve user engagement, activation, retention, and revenue.
  • Build and manage automated CRM flows, including welcome, activation, reactivation, and anti-churn campaigns.
  • Create and launch email campaigns using drag-and-drop editors within the CRM platform (e.g., Customer.io or similar tools).
  • Set up and manage trigger-based campaigns based on user behavior and lifecycle events.
  • Build and maintain user segments based on behavioral data, deposit activity, and gaming activity.
  • Analyze the performance of CRM campaigns using key metrics such as Delivery Rate, Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, Deposits, and Revenue.
  • Conduct A/B tests for different campaign elements, including bonus mechanics, messaging content, communication timing, and channels.
  • Interpret test results and implement insights to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to align CRM activities with overall business goals.
  • Monitor and optimize user lifecycle funnels (Registration → FTD → 2nd Deposit → 3rd Deposit).
  • Work with early-stage users to drive faster activation and monetization.
  • Identify early churn signals and develop targeted campaigns to re-engage users.
  • Support multi-channel communication strategies, including email, push notifications, SMS, in-app messages, and pop-ups (if applicable).
  • Ensure best practices in email deliverability and CRM communication quality.
  • WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:
  • Strong understanding of CRM marketing and user lifecycle management (welcome, activation, retention, reactivation)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, or similar
  • Experience building automated and trigger-based CRM campaigns
  • Ability to create and manage email campaigns using drag-and-drop editors
  • User segmentation based on behavior, deposit activity, and product usage
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with CRM metrics (Delivery Rate, Open Rate, CTR, Conversion, Deposits, Revenue)
  • Experience conducting A/B testing (content, bonuses, timing, communication channels)
  • Data-driven approach to campaign optimization and retention strategies
  • Understanding of user funnels and monetization (Registration → FTD → 2nd Deposit → 3rd Deposit)
  • Experience working with multi-channel communication (email, push notifications, SMS, in-app messages, pop-ups)
  • Experience in iGaming / Betting / Gambling industry will be a strong advantage
  • Experience with Stripo or similar email builders
  • Basic understanding of HTML email structure and email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, domains)
  • Experience working with analytics or BI tools
  • Understanding of paid traffic (Facebook Ads) and early user activation strategies
