HR Director (HRD)

Our partners are looking for an HR Director (HRD).

They are an international fintech company providing payment solutions across Latin America, with their HQ in Barcelona. You will build, scale, and manage their HR infrastructure from the ground up, reporting directly to the CEO.

What you’ll do:

• Recruiting: Standardize end-to-end recruitment pipelines (engineering & commercial), oversee agencies (SLAs), and manage executive-level talent acquisition.
• Performance: Launch and manage performance frameworks (OKRs), partner with department heads on evaluations, and use HR metrics to track and improve retention.
• Team Development: Map core competencies, manage L&D/training programs, and build internal career paths and succession blueprints.

What you bring:

• Proven senior HR leadership experience (HRD, Head of HR, People Partner Lead) in an international setting;
• Background in fintech, IT, payments, crypto, or related tech industries;
• English (Upper-Intermediate/Fluent) and Ukrainian/Russian (High proficiency) — mandatory. Spanish is a strong plus.

Conditions:

• Format: Strictly onsite at the Barcelona office (Relocation support is provided).
• Schedule: Mon-Thu 11:00 to 20:00, Fri 11:00 to 16:30.
