We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who genuinely enjoys challenging searches — the kind of work where you need to think, dig deep, test sourcing hypotheses, and win in competitive markets.


Typical roles include SAR System Engineer, Embedded/Firmware, DSP, RF/SDR, Radar, Computer Vision, Backend and other niche engineering positions.


What you’ll do

  • Own roles end-to-end: intake → sourcing strategy → pipeline → offer → close
  • Run proactive sourcing (LinkedIn Boolean/X-ray, GitHub, communities, referrals)
  • Conduct structured screening calls (tech fit, motivation, relocation, comp, availability)
  • Deliver high-quality submissions: clean candidate summaries, risks, and motivation
  • Drive process velocity: follow-ups, interview coordination, stage control, offer support
  • Keep ATS/tracker updated with accurate statuses and notes
  • Partner with hiring managers/clients to clarify requirements and manage expectations
  • Build long-term candidate relationships in niche markets

 

Must-have

  • 3+ years of IT recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house), including hard-to-fill roles
  • Strong sourcing skills and the ability to find passive candidates
  • Confidence recruiting for technical domains (ability to “speak engineer” at screening level)
  • English B2+ (written and spoken) for international hiring
  • Ownership mindset: proactive, resilient, consistent follow-up discipline


Nice-to-have

  • Experience recruiting in Embedded / RF / DSP / SDR / Radar / SAR domains
  • Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter / Sales Navigator, GitHub sourcing, X-ray search
  • Experience recruiting across EU markets (DACH/Benelux/Central & Eastern Europe)
