Head of Affiliate (iGaming)

For an international iGaming holding that is actively launching new online casino projects for the Tier 1 market, we are building a top-tier team and inviting an ambitious and experienced Head of Affiliate who will be able to build and scale a partner program capable of taking the project to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and launch an affiliate strategy for the Tier 1 market
• Build and expand a strong network of partners (affiliates, media buyers, agencies)
• Establish a transparent KPI system and performance analytics for affiliate channels
• Manage budgets, optimize costs, and ensure strong ROI
• Lead negotiations, conclude agreements, and maintain relationships with key partners
• Build and lead a strong team (hiring, motivating, and developing affiliate managers)
• Monitor market trends and competitors while implementing industry best practices

What we expect

• Experience in iGaming / Gambling as Head of Affiliate or Affiliate Lead (2+ years)
• Deep understanding of affiliate marketing and models such as CPA / CPL / RevShare
• Strong knowledge of traffic analytics tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar platforms)
• Experience analyzing and optimizing traffic sources (SEO, PPC, media buying, social media, content marketing, push, pop, etc.)
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and make decisions based on performance metrics
• English B2
