Payment Account Manager (High-Risk / PSP)

     Our platform connects multiple payment providers, payment methods, and financial analytics into a single infrastructure. With one integration, companies can manage payment routing, optimize approval rates, and scale their operations globally.

     We are developing a flexible payment ecosystem designed for high-volume online businesses and are now expanding our team. We are looking for an experienced Payment Account Manager with a background in high-risk payment processing who can work with merchants and help optimize payment operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage merchant accounts after onboarding and maintain long-term relationships
• Monitor payment performance (approval rate, decline rate, transaction flow)
• Communicate with PSPs, acquirers, and payment providers
• Support merchants in optimizing payment routing and payment flows
• Resolve operational issues related to payment processing
• Work closely with payment operations and technical teams

Requirements

• Experience working in high-risk payment processing (PSP)
• Previous experience as Account Manager / Merchant Manager / Payment Operations in payments or fintech
• Understanding of the payment ecosystem (PSPs, acquirers, payment providers, routing)
• Experience working with high-risk industries such as iGaming, crypto, forex, or similar
• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• Experience with payment orchestration platforms
• Basic understanding of payment integrations / APIs
• Experience working in international fintech or iGaming companies
