Team Lead VIP Manager

Gravira Group is looking for an experienced Team Lead VIP Manager to build and scale our VIP player management direction. This role focuses on developing structured VIP operations, managing VIP Managers, and maximizing retention and lifetime value of high-value players across Tier-1 markets.
 

Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the VIP player management direction, manage and mentor a team of VIP Managers, define VIP workflows, communication standards, and operational processes, build structured VIP reporting and performance dashboards.
• Develop and implement VIP engagement and retention strategies, work directly with VIP and pre-VIP players to increase deposits and lifetime value, identify churn risks and implement structured reactivation strategies.
• Analyze player behavior and activity patterns to improve engagement, track VIP KPIs (deposits, retention, reactivation, LTV) and optimize team performance.
• Design and evaluate VIP bonus and offer strategies, monitor bonus efficiency and ensure responsible bonus allocation.
• Collaborate with CRM, Product, Acquisition, and Customer Support teams and ensure responsible gaming awareness and compliance in VIP player management.
 

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in iGaming.
• Proven experience working with VIP / High-Value Players and experience managing or scaling VIP programs or teams.
• Strong understanding of retention, loyalty, and player engagement mechanics.
• Experience working with CRM systems (Smartico is a strong advantage).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with player behavior data.
• Experience working with Tier-1 markets; Canadian market experience is a strong advantage.
• Experience with multi-channel VIP communication (calls, WhatsApp, Telegram, email).
• English — Fluent.
