Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning, implementing, and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns (experience with Google Ads, YouTube, and TikTok is a plus).
  • Enhancing marketing funnels in collaboration with the SMM team.
  • Evaluating ad performance based on key metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, ROI, conversions).
  • Collaborating with the marketing team.
  • Reporting and providing growth recommendations.
  • Optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights.

     

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Self-driven and result-oriented.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from data.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads (Google Ads expertise is a major plus).
  • Proven track record in managing lead generation campaigns.
  • English proficiency: B1 level or higher.
