Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, implementing, and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns (experience with Google Ads, YouTube, and TikTok is a plus).
- Enhancing marketing funnels in collaboration with the SMM team.
- Evaluating ad performance based on key metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, ROI, conversions).
- Collaborating with the marketing team.
- Reporting and providing growth recommendations.
Optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Self-driven and result-oriented.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from data.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads (Google Ads expertise is a major plus).
- Proven track record in managing lead generation campaigns.
- English proficiency: B1 level or higher.
