Senior/Head AML Officer

Шукаємо Senior/Head AML Officer, який побудує AML-функцію з нуля: політики, процеси, моніторинг, ризики, взаємодія з регуляторами. Потрібен експерт із криптовертикалі, який розуміє специфіку ризиків, блокчейну та KYC/KYB у криптобізнесі.

Responsibilities

Побудова AML-відділу та всіх процедур з нуля.

Розробка та підтримка AML/CTF політик, RBA, процедур та документації.

KYC/KYB, ODD/EDD - контроль та оптимізація.

Транзакційний моніторинг у крипті (Chainalysis / Elliptic / Scorechain).

Підготовка SAR/STR та взаємодія з регуляторами та аудиторами.

Blockchain risk analysis: high-risk patterns, mixers, layering, fraud схематика.

Взаємодія з Product/Tech/Legal щодо впровадження AML-контролів.

Налаштування автоматизованих AML-процесів, що масштабуються.
 

Requirements

4+ років у AML/Compliance, 2+ роки на Senior/Head рівні.

Досвід побудови AML-функції з нуля - must.

Досвід у Crypto / Crypto Exchange / FinTech / Payments - великий плюс.

Впевнене знання FATF, AMLD, Travel Rule, санкційних вимог.

Досвід роботи з Chainalysis / Elliptic / ComplyAdvantage / SumSub.

Розуміння блокчейн-архітектури, ризикових транзакцій, міксерів, схем відмивання.

Досвід взаємодії з регуляторами та аудиторами.

English - Upper-Intermediate+.
