Recruiter (Media Buy)

Looking for a Recruiter to joing a AdTech company

You will do:

• Full-cycle hiring of media buyers (Search Arbitrage, LeadGen)
• Sourcing via Telegram, LinkedIn, and niche communities
• Using and expanding a media buying network
• Recruiting through affiliate events and conferences

You have:

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in affiliate / performance marketing
• Proven experience hiring media buyers
