📌 Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage strong relationships with affiliates, ensuring consistent communication and support.

Recruit and onboard new affiliates, leveraging your expertise to grow the network.

Monitor and analyze daily traffic performance to identify trends and optimization opportunities.

Manage CAPs and lead statuses to maximize affiliate performance and ROI.

Conduct weekly performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to affiliates.

Address affiliate issues promptly, maintaining a professional and solutions-focused approach.

Collaborate with the team to implement strategies that drive growth and improve affiliate performance.

📌 Qualifications:

Prior experience in affiliate marketing, managing affiliates, or working with

advertisers is highly preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Fluent in English.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
