Freelance Reverse Recruiter / Talent Agent (Aerospace and Defense)
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Recruiter or Headhunter to operate under a "reverse recruitment" model. Your primary objective is to represent and successfully place a unique, high-level expert — a Senior / Lead Systems Engineer with over 20 years of experience in designing satellite systems, avionics, and specialized payloads (SAR/EO).
About the Candidate (Your "Product"):
- Experience: Currently serves as an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leader at a major aerospace corporation (Turkish Aerospace).
- Specialization: Systems engineering, platform integration, payloads (Synthetic Aperture Radar - SAR, optical systems), navigation, and autopilot systems.
- Key Projects: Extensive involvement in high-profile projects such as GÖKTÜRK (Earth observation satellites), ANKA (MALE UAV), and ATAK (Combat helicopters).
- Education: Master’s degree in Satellite Communication and Remote Sensing (ITU).
- Motivation: Seeking relocation to prioritize his children's education. Priority is the UK, followed by Switzerland, the Netherlands, Italy, and Germany.
Your Responsibilities:
- CV Optimization: Adapt the candidate's resume to align with current international trends, emphasizing his strengths as a "translator" between multidisciplinary teams in complex, high-stakes environments.
- Candidate Marketing: Proactively identify and engage with reliable, institutional companies within the aerospace sector in the target countries.
- Negotiations: Represent the candidate’s interests to potential employers, coordinate interviews, and manage the process through to the final offer.
- Compensation Management: Ensure the target income level is met (minimum €4,000–€5,000 net per month, depending on the location).
Requirements for the Recruiter:
- In-depth understanding of the Aerospace & Defense market in Europe and the UK.
- Proven track record of working with complex technical profiles (Systems Engineering, Avionics, Payload Engineering).
- Existing network of decision-makers (HRDs, CTOs, Engineering Managers) in top-tier engineering firms.
- Ability to work on a result-oriented reward basis.
Terms of Cooperation:
- Employment Type: Freelance / Project-based.
- Compensation: We offer a flexible payment scheme. The candidate is prepared to pay a percentage of his future annual salary as a commission for a successful placement.
