Project Manager to $1200

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who takes full ownership of results, can effectively manage multiple projects in parallel, and build strong communication with both clients and the team.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT
• experience working in an outsourcing company
• experience managing several projects in parallel at different stages of development
• experience working with English-speaking clients (EU / US)
• experience participating in pre-sale processes
• understanding of technical aspects of mobile development (cross-platform solutions)
• experience working with Agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban)
• experience working with Notion or similar tools (Jira, Trello, etc.)
• ability to use AI tools in daily PM work

Responsibilities:

• managing the full project lifecycle — from project transfer to release
• sprint and release planning
• adapting processes to the client and the team
• building project roadmaps and timelines
• monitoring and meeting deadlines
• balancing scope / time / budget
• regular communication with clients
• supporting team collaboration and motivating the team
• planning team workload and capacity
• full operational and process control of the project
• project risk management
• project budget control
