We are growing fast across multiple international markets and looking for a Sourcing Lead who will strengthen our talent pipeline, expand sourcing channels, and help our recruitment team reach the next level.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and lead the sourcing strategy across multiple roles and regions.
• Identify and launch local sourcing channels in new markets.
• Expand candidate pipelines and improve top-of-funnel performance.
• Discover new talent pools, platforms, communities, and niche networks.
• Develop and test creative sourcing approaches.
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Track and improve sourcing metrics (response rate, pipeline volume, candidate quality).
• Optimize tools and workflows to make sourcing faster and smarter.
• Support recruiters with high-quality candidate shortlists.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
• Deep understanding of sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Telegram communities, niche job boards, etc.).
• Ability to build pipelines for international markets.
• Analytical mindset and ability to work with recruitment metrics.
• Creative approach to talent discovery.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
