EU Business Development / Capture Manager (Defense / Counter-UAS, EW) — Europe Coverage

Hi! We’re Moodro — a Ukrainian defense tech company building autonomous counter-UAS solutions with a strong focus on Electronic Warfare and signals-driven effects. Our products are designed to work in real field conditions, not only in lab demos. We’re expanding international traction and strengthening our commercial/capture function outside the U.S.

 

The role

We’re hiring an EU Business Development / Capture Manager to cover Europe. This is a hands-on role focused on customer engagement, opportunity shaping, and disciplined pipeline execution. It is not a reseller/broker position and not a “proposal-only” desk role.

 

What you’ll do

  • Build and own the European pipeline: identify, qualify, and shape opportunities we can win.
  • Drive working-level customer engagement: discovery, demos, follow-ups, translating operational needs into actionable requirements and capture actions.
  • Run capture basics: account/contact plans, meeting notes, action items, opportunity reviews.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (technical, leadership, finance/contracts) to align solution, timelines, and proposal readiness.
  • Represent Moodro at relevant European events, customer meetings, and partner sessions (regular travel).

  • Consistent customer engagement cadence (meetings/demos/follow-ups).
  • A qualified pipeline with clear next steps and realistic win paths.
  • Opportunity shaping progress (requirements clarity, advocacy building, solution alignment).
  • Clear capture milestones achieved on priority pursuits.

     

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in BD/capture/partnerships in defense, security, aerospace, telecom/RF, or adjacent B2G environments.
  • Comfortable with field-facing work: customer discovery + demos + follow-up discipline.
  • Ability to navigate long cycles, stakeholder mapping, and multi-party deals (including teaming/partners).
  • Strong written and verbal English for international work (C1/C2 preferred; native not required).
  • Willingness to travel across Europe.

 

Nice to have

  • Direct exposure to EW / RF / SIGINT / counter-UAS / C5ISR.
  • Existing network across EU defense/security stakeholders and integrators.
  • Prior experience working with NATO-facing environments or international partners.

 

Work format

  • Remote within Europe + regular travel for customer engagements and events.
