Lead Generation Specialist Offline

Quintagroup is looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to strengthen our outbound pipeline. You'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, driving business growth through strategic lead generation and nurturing client relationships.
💪 Key Responsibilities:
- Align with Sales on ICP, target industries, and key buyer roles
- Own the full LinkedIn outbound engine end to end, from strategy and targeting to pipeline impact and handoff to Sales
- Research target accounts and decision-makers to personalize outreach
- Manage CRM data: log interactions, keep records accurate, attach relevant notes/materials
- Monitor outreach performance (sent, replies, positive replies, meetings booked) and optimize based on results
- Handle first conversations with prospects: clarify needs, address initial questions, and move the lead to the next step
- Analyze lead/outreach data to surface insights and improve future campaigns and sales approach
🤜 What We're Looking For:
- Excellent written English
- Detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of responsibility
- Proactive attitude in communication with prospects, clients, and upper management
- Efficient time-management skills and agility to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience with CRMs (Pipedrive/HubSpot) and lead research/outreach tools (Apollo.io/SalesNavigator)
👍 Nice to have:
- Experience with Linked Helper or similar automation tools.
Experience with Apollo.io, Lemlist, Clay, Make.com, 8n8 - Tech-savviness and a general understanding of the IT field
- Set up the lead gen process from scratch
- Use AI assisted research and personalization;
