Mid-Level Video Editor - Job Description

 

We are looking for a talented Mid-Level Video Editor to join a fast-growing performance marketing team operating at the intersection of creative storytelling and data-driven advertising. Our campaigns run at scale across global markets, and creative performance is at the core of our growth engine.

 

We are seeking an editor who understands not just how to edit, but how to create high-converting ad creatives for platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other paid media channels.

 

AI & Synthetic Media Expertise (Mandatory)

We work extensively with advanced AI-driven creative workflows.

 

• Hands-on experience with lip-sync technology and synthetic media systems is a must.

• This includes experience with:

○ AI-powered lip-sync and facial reenactment tools

○ AI voice cloning and voice synthesis systems (e.g., ElevenLabs or similar platforms)

○ Synthetic presenters / AI avatar platforms

○ Generative AI video tools and automated creative workflows

 

Candidates must demonstrate:

• Proven ability to integrate AI-generated voiceovers with accurate lip-sync outputs

• Experience producing scalable variations using AI-driven workflows

• Ability to leverage AI tools to increase production velocity and creative testing capacity

 

Experience with tools such as Runway, HeyGen, Synthesia, Descript, or similar platforms is a strong advantage.

 

What You’ll Do

 

• Edit and assemble raw footage (camera, stock, UGC, dialogue, sound design, voiceovers, graphics, and VFX) into high-performing marketing assets.

• Create compelling, scroll-stopping short-form videos optimized for paid social.

• Produce UGC-style ads that feel native, authentic, and conversion-focused.

• Apply motion graphics, subtitles, hooks, dynamic pacing, sound design, and platform-specific formats.

• Collaborate closely with media buyers and marketers to align creatives with campaign strategy and audience insights.

• Create and test multiple variations of hooks, messaging, pacing, and formats to optimize performance.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

• Stay up to date with emerging trends in paid media creatives, short-form content, and AI-powered production tools.
