Revenue Operations Manager (Security domain)

As a RevOps Manager, you will be the key person in optimizing our revenue engine. Your mission is to bridge the gap between Marketing and Sales by controlling the end-to-end process, managing our stack, and providing the strategic analytics necessary to drive growth. You will define the strategy for tracking, analyzing, and improving our sales performance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Analytics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the entire revenue lifecycle; provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
  • CRM Management: Serve as the administrator for Salesforce and HubSpot integrations.
  • Process Control: Own the end-to-end lead flow process, ensuring no lead is dropped between marketing capture and sales closing.
  • Sales Strategy: Partner with sales leadership to optimize territories, quotas, and sales velocity based on data-driven forecasts.
  • Automation: Build and maintain automated workflows for the referral program and internal notifications.

 

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Strong ability to build data models and dashboards.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment with a focus on "End-to-End" process management.
