Marketing Operations and Analytics Specialist (Security domain)
The product provides critical visibility and control over employee browser activity, protecting organizations from phishing, malicious extensions, and emerging AI-related risks. We are currently scaling our marketing organization and seeking a technical professional to build our operational foundation.
This is a highly technical marketing position focused on marketing operations, automation, CRM infrastructure, and funnel analytics. You will sit at the intersection of marketing and sales, ensuring seamless lead flows and clear visibility for leadership into which programs drive revenue.
Funnel and CRM Infrastructure
- Manage and optimize the marketing infrastructure across HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Design and maintain lead routing rules, including round-robin and calendar routing.
- Maintain funnel architecture and lifecycle definitions to support trial onboarding.
- Ensure high CRM data hygiene and manage list imports from various marketing events.
Campaign and Outreach Operations
- Implement marketing automation workflows and manage email infrastructure for newsletters and announcements.
- Support the operational aspects of partner marketing and referral programs.
- Build and maintain webinar infrastructure, including registration pages and automated post-event workflows.
Sales Coordination & Analytics
- Maintain marketing-to-sales lead handoff workflows and automate meeting tracking.
- Analyze funnel conversion rates and track channel efficiency/ROI.
- Build and maintain dashboards for leadership to monitor marketing-sourced pipeline trends.
Working Hours & Time Zone:
- To ensure smooth collaboration with our US-based teams, this role requires significant overlap with New York (EST) working hours.
- Requirement: You must be available until at least 2:00 PM NY time daily, though availability until 3:00 PM NY time is strongly preferred.
Requirements:
- Upper-Intermediate+ level of English.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or growth operations.
- Strong expertise in both HubSpot and Salesforce is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience implementing complex marketing automation workflows and CRM data structures.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to build performance reports and dashboards.
Background in B2B SaaS or Cybersecurity is highly preferred; experience with the MSP industry is a significant plus.
