Digital Ads Specialist (Security domain)

We are looking for a technical Digital Ads Specialist to take full ownership of our paid media placements. Your primary focus will be the execution, monitoring, and optimization of ad campaigns across Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn. You will be the "hands-on" expert, ensuring our budget is spent efficiently to capture high-intent leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Placement: Execute and manage paid campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Search/Display, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Platform Mastery: Utilize Metadata.io to automate and optimize B2B targeting and campaign scaling.
• Technical Setup: Manage pixel tracking, conversion API setups, and UTM parameters to ensure 100% data accuracy.
• Continuous Optimization: Perform A/B testing on ad copy, placements, and landing pages to reduce CPL (Cost Per Lead).
• Reporting: Provide weekly performance reports, focusing on placement efficiency and ROI.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Paid Media/Performance Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Metadata.io is a significant plus.
• Deep technical knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on "placement" strategy and audience segmentation.
