We are looking for a Junior SEO Specialist to join our friendly team — someone who is eager to grow in this field and dive deep into the specifics of a highly competitive niche.

Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in SEO
English level B1 or higher
Recent hands-on SEO experience within the last year
Solid knowledge of off-page and on-page SEO
Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML and on-page SEO (semantic markup)
Confident use of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and others, as well as Google Search Console and AI tools
Mandatory experience with CMS WordPress
Proven successful SEO cases and results (with the ability to demonstrate them)
Ability to conduct audits and analysis of websites, rankings, competitors, user behavior, and conversions, and identify growth opportunities
Practical link-building experience and the ability to analyze different types of backlinks
Understanding of search engines and ranking principles (Google)

Nice to have
Experience or interest in the gaming industry
Experience working with projects targeting Western markets
Experience launching projects from scratch
Experience working with large mono-brand or review projects

Responsibilities
Managing the full lifecycle of website launches for Western GEOs — from niche selection to active promotion
SEO analysis: keyword research and clustering, analysis of competitors’ anchor links
Technical SEO audits: conducting technical website audits
Content management: creating and optimizing content, assigning tasks to copywriters, analyzing competitors’ content, and publishing content on the website
Collaborating with SEO specialists, link builders, developers, content managers, designers, and project managers
Link management: analyzing competitors’ backlinks, developing link-building strategies, managing backlink databases, ensuring link quality
Monitoring and analyzing performance and results
