Financial Operations Specialist

Now we are looking for a Financial Operations Specialist to join our team.
 

Role Overview
In this role, you will support the stability and accuracy of the company’s financial operations processes.
You will be responsible for preparing management reporting, coordinating operational finance workflows, and ensuring financial data accurately reflects business activities in a timely manner. This position combines analytical work with hands-on operational execution and requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional who can independently manage their area of responsibility within established processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting
• Prepare monthly management reports (P&L, Cashflow, Project Allocation & Costs)
• Consolidate financial data from multiple sources and ensure its accuracy and consistency
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes by preparing required financial inputs
• Structure and maintain reporting files in an organized and transparent way Identify inconsistencies in data and proactively clarify them with relevant stakeholders
• Operational Finance & Payments
• Consolidate and validate data for payroll and contractor payments
• Prepare payment-related documentation and calculations
• Coordinate with external accounting consultants to ensure correct and timely processing
• Monitor payment timelines and follow up on missing information
• Support resolution of discrepancies in payments and documentation
• Assist in communication with contractors regarding documentation and payment details
• Documentation & Compliance Manage primary documentation (agreements, invoices, acts of completed services, reports)
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation before submission
• Maintain organized document flow in electronic systems (VCHASNO)
• Support compliance with internal financial procedures
• Assist with preparation of documentation for tax reporting and audits
   

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or reporting roles
• Solid understanding of financial documentation and operational processes
• Experience preparing management reports or working with structured financial data
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, structured datasets)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage tasks independently within defined processes
• Proactive approach to problem-solving (identify and escalate issues when necessary)
• Good communication skills
• English: Intermediate+
   

Will Be a Plus

• Experience in IT or project-based environments
• Experience with 1C, ZUP, or other accounting/reporting software

Interview Stages:

1. HR Interview (60 minutes) — Initial conversation to discuss your experience, career goals, and cultural fit.
