n8n Automation Engineer to $1500

We're a small B2B outbound agency (cold email + LinkedIn) looking for a full-time Automation Engineer to own our technical infrastructure.

What you'll actually be doing:

• Build n8n workflows that sync lead data from our cold email platform to client CRMs and Slack in real time, triggered by reply/bounce/sequence events
• Set up and maintain CRM integrations (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce): custom fields, field mapping, webhook pipelines, end-to-end testing
• Build AI-powered reply categorization and routing logic
• Automate mailbox lifecycle management: ramp-up, health monitoring, rotation, placement tests
• Debug broken pipelines and fix integration issues same-day
• Build internal tools and scrapers to reduce reliance on paid third-party services

• Handle ad-hoc technical tasks from the delivery team

   

Stack: n8n, Cursor, Claude API, Email Bison, Clay, Supabase, Slack API, HubSpot/Pipedrive/Salesforce webhooks.

Requirements: 2+ years with n8n, solid REST API and webhook experience, ability to work independently and own problems end-to-end.
