We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager (an independent expert role without a team in direct reporting) who will take ownership of developing and administering the company's reward systems. The role reports directly to the HR Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop job architecture, grading systems, and career tracks.
  • Develop and maintain compensation structures (salary ranges) and ensure internal pay equity.
  • Manage salary review cycles (merit increases, promotions) and bonus programs.
  • Monitor the labor market, conduct benchmarking, and prepare recommendations for compensation offers.
  • Forecast, plan, and control the payroll budget (Total Payroll / Compensation Budget).
  • Manage the corporate benefits package and long-term incentive programs.

Requirements

  • Mid-level experience in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Knowledge of the Ukrainian labor market.
  • Understanding of the arbitrage / product-driven business environment.
  • Strong analytical skills: payroll planning, scenario analysis, and working with management reporting.
  • Experience in developing grading systems, compensation ranges, and bonus structures.
  • Understanding of equity / stock option principles will be a plus.
  • Flexibility, strong argumentation skills, and the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple way.
  • English — preferred but not required.
