Senior Full-Stack Developer (.NET\React) US Time Zone Offline
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET backend technologies and modern React-based frameworks (Next.js with TypeScript).
In this role, you will help design, develop, and scale a biotech platform that includes functionality for storage management, billing, and patient-related workflows. The position requires a hands-on engineer who is comfortable making architectural decisions, writing high-quality, maintainable code, and collaborating within a small, highly efficient team.
You will also work directly with clients to gather requirements, participate in system architecture discussions, and ensure that the platform delivers secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions across the full technology stack.
Responsibilities
Backend Development (.NET / Azure)
- Build and maintain scalable backend services using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend components
- Structure and optimize relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar)
- Integrate external services such as DocuSign and payment platforms (Stripe, Square)
- Deploy and manage applications within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and system reliability
- Apply strong security and data protection standards
Frontend Development (React / Next.js)
- Develop responsive web interfaces using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Create reusable UI components and shared front-end libraries
- Implement state management solutions such as Redux
- Optimize web performance, scalability, and SEO using SSR and modern routing
- Follow secure coding practices and OWASP recommendations
- Work closely with designers to convert UI/UX concepts into production-ready code
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs
Collaboration & Engineering Practices
- Work closely with developers, QA engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders
- Contribute to architecture design and technical decision-making
- Communicate directly with customers to clarify needs and improve solutions
- Review code and support the growth of junior engineers
- Participate in CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Operate effectively within a fully remote team working in US time zones
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- .NET ecosystem (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)
- React with TypeScript
- Next.js (SSR, routing, performance optimization)
- Proven experience designing RESTful APIs and scalable backend systems
- Practical experience with Microsoft Azure
- Strong knowledge of SQL database design and optimization
- Experience integrating third-party services (DocuSign, Stripe, Square, etc.)
- Experience with Redux or similar state management tools
- Familiarity with modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS)
- Solid understanding of web security principles and common vulnerabilities
- Experience working with Git and version control workflows
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a small distributed team
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in biotech, healthcare, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with patient management, billing, or storage-related platforms
- Experience with frontend testing tools such as Jest or React Testing Library
- Experience integrating analytics and tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, Segment)
- Background in startups or small product teams
- Knowledge of CI/CD automation and DevOps practices
