Talent Acquisition Specialist
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment/talent acquisition of at least 2 years (preferably in digital, IT, or affiliate marketing);
- Skills in active sourcing, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates;
- Understanding of the digital market and key roles (media buying, ASO, financial and operational positions);
- Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Telegram bots and databases);
- Excellent communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Managing the full recruitment cycle: from sourcing to onboarding;
- Posting job openings on job boards and niche platforms: Telegram/LinkedIn/industry-specific communities;
- Active sourcing of candidates (Boolean search, LinkedIn, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, professional networks);
- Screening and conducting interviews (online/offline);
- Negotiating offers and supporting candidates until their start date;Gathering requirements and creating job profiles together with hiring managers;
- Regular communication on the status of each search;
- Providing market insights, salary expectations, and talent availability;
- Supporting the onboarding process for new hires;
- Creating attractive job descriptions and company-related content;
- Maintaining the company’s presence in professional communities;
- Organizing internal and external events that strengthen the employer brand;
- Managing the candidate database in an ATS (PeopleForce or similar);
- Preparing regular reports on the quantity, quality, and speed of closing vacancies;
- Tracking KPIs across the recruitment funnel (from application to offer).
