PR / Communication Manager

We’re looking for a PR & Communications Manager who will build Enable3’s public presence from the ground up, shaping how the market sees us, creating strategic content, and driving relationships with media, partners, and community leaders.

This role combines PR, content strategy, thought leadership, media relations, and event communications.

Main requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in PR, communications, or content roles within B2B SaaS, tech, fintech or martech industries.
  • Strong storytelling skills: be able to translate technical features into simple value-driven narratives.
  • Experience pitching journalists and securing coverage.
  • Experience planning and managing events, webinars, campaigns, or co-branded initiatives.
  • A proactive, self-directed mindset. Thrives in a startup environment that values speed, experimentation, and high ownership.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Bonus: familiarity with web3, loyalty, gamification, customer engagement, or mobile growth ecosystems.
     

Main responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with business, tech, fintech, mobile app, and Web3 media.
  • Develop a PR pipeline: press releases, founder interviews, product announcements, feature stories.
  • Pitch Enable3 as a thought leader in loyalty, gamification, and user engagement.
  • Secure mentions in newsletters, blogs, industry digests.
  • Manage Enable3’s presence in global startup directories, award listings, rankings.
  • Support blog content with PR-ready angles: case studies, expert commentary, frameworks, data stories.
  • Plan and run Enable3 webinars for product managers, marketers, game studios, and fintech companies.
  • Identify and negotiate content partnerships with marketing leaders, product experts, tech companies, MarTech tools.
  • Manage Enable3’s organic social media channels (primarily LinkedIn, optionally Facebook, X/Twitter and YouTube)
  • Ensure consistent messaging across website, pitch decks, landing pages, and social.
