Head of Brand Performance (iGaming)

We are looking for a Head of Brand Performance to lead marketing for a portfolio of iGaming brands (casino + sportsbook) operating under an offshore license.

This is a Head-level role where you will build a 360° marketing strategy, manage significant budgets, and directly drive brand growth across Tier-1 markets within a highly restricted advertising environment.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Strategy & 360° Marketing

  • Own and lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for a portfolio of brands
  • Launch and scale 360° campaigns including media placements, special projects, and content distribution
  • Develop brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels

Media Buying & Large-Scale Campaigns

  • Plan and execute large-scale media campaigns (OLV, pre-roll, programmatic, and others)
  • Manage agencies and vendors: media mix, creatives, performance optimization
  • Ensure campaigns deliver measurable business impact

Creators / Influencers / Streamers

  • Build and scale a creators program: sourcing, formats, long-term partnerships, integration quality
  • Launch bold campaigns that genuinely push the market and generate demand
  • Ensure brand-safe and high-performing influencer collaborations

Brand Ecosystem & Sub-Brands

  • Design and develop brand architecture (sub-brands, brand extensions, content hubs)
  • Build scalable partnership and distribution models in a restricted advertising environment
  • Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment

Retargeting / Remarketing & Audience Re-Engagement

  • Develop audience return strategies following media and creator campaigns
  • Connect top-of-funnel brand awareness with CRM and retention strategies
  • Align first-touch acquisition with lifecycle marketing efforts

Budget Ownership & Performance

  • Own and manage the marketing budget
  • Make data-driven decisions based on ROI, ROMI, LTV, CAC
  • Focus on commercial outcomes, not just reach and impressions

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:

  • 4–6+ years of experience in iGaming, betting, or online casino
  • 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong 360° marketing background (media + creators + partnerships)
  • Proven experience managing substantial budgets with ROI focus
  • Experience working with offshore iGaming brands and/or in advertising-restricted environments
  • Ability to build and scale brand ecosystems (sub-brands, extensions, content hubs)
  • Solid understanding of retargeting/remarketing and CRM/Retention alignment
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities
