Finance and Compliance Manager

Location: Warsaw, Poland (Office-based)

About the Company

The company develops a secure and transparent service that enables retail clients to conduct transactions between cryptocurrencies and traditional currencies.

The project is preparing for regulation under MiCA standards and fully complies with EU AML and Compliance requirements. All clients undergo mandatory KYC verification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control C2B transaction flows
• Oversee payment operations and transaction monitoring
• Communicate and coordinate with banks, EMIs, and PSPs
• Support onboarding of new payment solutions
• Ensure compliance with AML / KYC procedures
• Analyze unusual or high-risk transactions (EDD / Source of Funds checks)
• Prepare responses to banking and compliance-related inquiries

Requirements:

• Experience in finance, fintech, or payment systems
• Understanding of SEPA and SWIFT payment schemes
• Basic knowledge of AML / KYC principles
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• English level B1–B2

   

Nice to Have:

• Experience in transaction monitoring

• Previous experience communicating with banks and payment providers
