Payments Accountant (FinTech)

Fast-growing fintech company focused on global payments, FX operations and cross-border settlements is looking for an experienced Payments Accountant to join the operational finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Processing and monitoring payments in Client-Bank systems
• Verification of payment documents and compliance with bank requirements
• Control of payment execution and confirmations
• Managing settlements with counterparties
• Preparing daily cash flow reports
• Communication with banks and banking managers
• Participation in preparing responses to bank requests
• Recording payment data in internal systems / CRM
• Working with FX rates and currency operations

Requirements:

• Higher education in Accounting / Finance
• 3+ years of experience with payments
• Experience managing multiple bank accounts / legal entities
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with Client-Bank systems
• Understanding of FX operations and currency regulations
• High accuracy and ability to work with large data volumes
• Russian – fluent; English – nice to have
