Software Solutions Architect

We’re looking for an experienced Software Solutions Architect to join our pre-sales team and help shape technical strategies for blockchain-based and Web3 solutions. This role bridges the gap between clients’ business needs and innovative technical design — perfect for a professional who thrives on both deep technical architecture and client-facing collaboration.
 

• Requirements:
  • 8+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
  • 4+ years of proven experience in the Web3 domain, including work with:
    DeFi protocols and dApps EVM-compatible blockchains, Bitcoin ecosystem components, Blockchain infrastructure and tooling
  • 3+ years of experience in pre-sales or solution consulting, engaging directly with clients.
  • Strong technical background in TypeScript and Go.
  • Understanding of software architecture methodologies, especially SEI or TOGAF.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to design and validate Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) and MVPs across backend, frontend, and blockchain layers.
• Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Rust.
  • Hands-on development background in smart contracts or SDK design.
  • Familiarity with decentralized storage systems such as IPFS or distributed computing systems.

  You will:

  • Lead pre-sales engagements: Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and translate them into technical requirements and architecture proposals.
  • Architect solutions from the ground up: Define end-to-end system architectures, covering smart contracts, backend services, APIs, and infrastructure.
  • Provide technical leadership: Guide engineering teams through architecture design, implementation, and integration.
  • Define architecture strategy: Balance business and technical needs to create robust, scalable, and secure Web3 solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals: Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and PoC/MVP demonstrations for client presentations.
  • Ensure best practices: Advocate for modern design principles, high-quality code, and emerging Web3 technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work alongside developers, product managers, and sales teams to ensure smooth delivery from pre-sale to execution.
    
    Would Be a Plus:
  • Deep understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms, decentralized identity, or layer-2 scaling solutions.
    Previous contributions to open-source Web3 projects.
  • Experience building SDKs or frameworks that simplify blockchain integration.
  • Knowledge of distributed databases, caching, and replication strategies.
