Middle Support Engineer

To thrive in this role, we’re seeking candidates with a minimum of 2+ years of Customer support experience. Your proficiency in being ‘the best friend’ for customers will be a plus.
About the project: The project is a healthcare revenue-cycle platform specializing in real-time insurance eligibility verification and automated coverage-change monitoring. The project is in an active development phase, supporting a growing base of existing clients while handling a high and increasing volume of coverage-related requests. In parallel, the team is rebuilding the platform to deliver a refreshed UI and enhanced functionality. We're also expanding integrations with new payers and third-party systems, while continuously maintaining and adapting previously.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a support or similar role
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Customer-oriented mindset and attention to service quality
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- High level of adaptability in a changing environment
- Understanding of technical concepts such as data formats, SFTP file transfers, and API structures will be considered a strong advantage
- Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive customer support by managing active support tickets
- Assist new clients during onboarding and guide them through initial setup
- Investigate reported issues and coordinate their resolution
- Maintain and support existing customer integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related problems
- Oversee and track Power BI requests
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with the development team
- Organize and participate in support meetings when required
Team: Project Manager, Product Owner, 5 Developers, 2 QA Engineers, Technical Writer, Designer, Business Analyst. You will work as part of an established project team and closely collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Schedule: This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week. Your regular weekly schedule will be Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm EST (this is 15.00 - 24.00 Kyiv time)
