Requirements
 

• 5+ years of experience in Frontend and/or Mobile development
• 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or Team Lead
• Strong production experience with:
  • React.js (modern React, Hooks, component-driven architecture)
  • Flutter for iOS and Android applications
• Solid understanding of software architecture patterns:
  • Clean Architecture
  • MVVM
  • Feature-based / modular architecture
• Experience with state management:
  • React: Redux, Context API
  • Flutter: Bloc, Riverpod, Provider (or similar)
• Experience integrating REST APIs and/or GraphQL
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile and web applications
• Strong understanding of performance optimization
• Strong understanding of testing strategies (unit, integration, e2e)
• Experience conducting code reviews and enforcing engineering standards
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
• Sprint planning, estimation, and delivery ownership
• Understanding of SDLC and release management processes
   

Responsibilities
 

• Lead and manage Frontend and Mobile engineering teams
• Define and drive technical vision for frontend/mobile platforms
• Mentor engineers and support career growth
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and performance reviews
• Participate in hiring and team scaling initiatives
• Own frontend and mobile architecture decisions
• Drive technical strategy and evaluate trade-offs
• Ensure high code quality and engineering best practices
• Establish and maintain development standards
• Oversee application performance and reliability
   

Nice to have
 

• Experience with Micro-frontend architecture
• Analytics integrations
• Knowledge of accessibility standards
• Performance profiling and monitoring tools experience
