Freelance Lead Generator (B2B, IT Recruitment)

We are a growing IT recruitment agency with a strong delivery team and proven experience closing technical roles across Europe, Eastern Europe, the US, and Canada.
We are currently looking for a Lead Generator to join us on a freelance basis and help us bring in new B2B clients.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident in outbound lead generation, understands how to approach decision-makers, and wants to grow into a more stable long-term position.
What you will do:
- Identify and approach potential clients that match our ICP
- Search for relevant companies in tech, SaaS, product, outsourcing, and related sectors
- Reach out to decision-makers via LinkedIn and email
- Generate qualified intro calls for our team
- Track outreach activity and lead status in a clear, structured way
- Contribute ideas on targeting, messaging, and lead generation strategy
Who we are looking for:
- Experience in B2B lead generation
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and prospecting
- Ability to identify decision-makers and hiring signals
- Strong written communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven mindset
- English level: Intermediate or higher
Collaboration model
We start this role on a freelance basis.
If we see that the collaboration is working well and you are able to deliver consistent results โ for example, 3+ qualified client calls per month on a stable basis โ we are open to discussing a move into a full-time in-house role.
In that case, the compensation model can be upgraded to include:
- base salary
- fixed bonuses
- performance-based commission
