Freelance Recruiter / Talent Partner (SAR / Defense-Tech / Embedded)

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Recruiter with a proven track record of closing SAR-related roles and other technically complex positions in the areas of radar, RF, embedded systems, signal processing, defense-tech, aerospace, and related engineering domains.

This is a bonus-based / success-fee only cooperation format, best suited for recruiters who already understand the niche, know where to search, and can independently drive hiring processes from sourcing to successful placement.


What you will work on

You will support hiring for highly specialized technical roles, such as:

  • Head of SAR
  • SAR System Engineer
  • Radar / RF Engineer
  • Embedded Engineer
  • Signal Processing / DSP Engineer
  • FPGA / Firmware Engineer
  • other niche engineering positions related to defense-tech, aerospace, UAV, sensing, and advanced hardware/software systems


What we expect

  • Proven experience as a recruiter with successful closures in SAR / radar / RF / embedded / defense-tech / aerospace domains
  • Strong understanding of technical profiles and ability to assess candidate relevance before submission
  • Experience with sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, niche channels, communities, referrals
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both candidates and hiring teams
  • Good level of English for professional communication
  • Ability to work independently and move fast without heavy supervision


Your responsibilities

  • Source and engage relevant candidates for niche technical roles
  • Conduct initial recruiter screening calls
  • Present shortlisted candidates with clear notes and justification
  • Keep communication structured and timely
  • Support candidate management until offer/start date


Cooperation format

  • Freelance/remote
  • Success-fee / bonus-based only
  • No fixed salary
  • Payment is made per successful hire
  • Bonus amount depends on the role and the agreed fee per vacancy
