We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can generate high-quality leads at scale, deliver effective sales presentations, own the pipeline from first outreach through opportunity creation, and improve our Sales processes. 

 

Key Tasks:

  • Generate leads according to defined ICP criteria.
  • Use Amplemarket (AI Sales Copilot) to automate, optimize, and scale outbound activities.
  • Launch and manage outbound campaigns via Email and LinkedIn.
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates and pipeline tracking.
  • Optimize outreach campaigns through A/B testing of messaging and sequences, improving overall conversion rates.
  • Conduct discovery and sales calls, delivering customized presentations to prospects.
  • Identify and engage potential customers on Upwork, submit tailored proposals, and manage client communication to convert opportunities into projects.
  • Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence (and other relevant platforms), creating engaging content and leveraging social selling to attract inbound leads.
  • Move leads through the pipeline toward closed opportunities.
     

Your background:

  • 2+ years of experience as a BDM or in similar roles.
  • Proven experience in international markets, ideally within the technology or IT sectors.
  • Experience conducting sales calls and presentations.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and email outreach.
  • Experienced with sales automation tools; familiarity with Amplemarket is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
