Customer Support Agent (iGaming)

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join a fast-growing digital entertainment product. The team operates with minimal bureaucracy, moves quickly, and focuses on results.

Responsibilities:
โ€” Handle player requests via chat, email, and WhatsApp
โ€” Assist with deposits, withdrawals, KYC issues, and bonuses
โ€” Escalate cases to Risk, VIP, or Payments teams when needed
โ€” Follow SLA and maintain high CSAT/NPS
โ€” Work in a 24/7 shift-based schedule

Requirements:
โ€” 6โ€“12 months of experience in customer support
โ€” Spanish B1+
โ€” English B2+
โ€” Basic understanding of casino processes (deposits, withdrawals, bonuses)
โ€” Experience with Zendesk / Intercom / Freshdesk
