Customer Support Agent (iGaming)
We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join a fast-growing digital entertainment product. The team operates with minimal bureaucracy, moves quickly, and focuses on results.
Responsibilities:
โ Handle player requests via chat, email, and WhatsApp
โ Assist with deposits, withdrawals, KYC issues, and bonuses
โ Escalate cases to Risk, VIP, or Payments teams when needed
โ Follow SLA and maintain high CSAT/NPS
โ Work in a 24/7 shift-based schedule
Requirements:
โ 6โ12 months of experience in customer support
โ Spanish B1+
โ English B2+
โ Basic understanding of casino processes (deposits, withdrawals, bonuses)
โ Experience with Zendesk / Intercom / Freshdesk
