Account Manager (Latvian market)

Nova Post Latvia is looking for an experienced and customer-centric Account Manager who will take ownership of retaining and developing our existing client base, ensuring long-term loyalty and driving revenue growth through strategic value expansion.

What will you do?

  • Build and maintain relationships: Foster long-term, trust-based partnerships with key existing clients to ensure their ongoing success.
  • Drive client development: Identify evolving customer needs and propose additional products or services through effective upselling and cross-selling.
  • Manage contract lifecycles: Ensure the timely renewal of ongoing contracts and support the contract signing process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction: Monitor satisfaction levels (NPS/CSAT), collect feedback, and initiate improvements to enhance the client experience.
  • Conduct needs analysis: Perform in-depth assessments of clients’ business goals to tailor company offerings and provide maximum value.
  • Strategic planning & forecasting: Develop tailored growth plans for key accounts and prepare regular sales forecasts and status reports.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data, interaction history, and sales opportunities within the CRM system.

     

     

What experience do we expect?

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar account management role.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, delivering professional presentations, and conducting high-level client negotiations.
  • Skilled in upselling and cross-selling to existing customers with a focus on revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to listen actively, resolve conflict situations, and build synergy across departments.
  • Language proficiency: English at an Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher; Latvian at a Native or Advanced (C1) level.
