Sales Manager (Slovakia)

🧩 Main Responsibilities

• Full Sales Cycle: Managing the entire process from lead acquisition and nurturing to final contract signing.
• Lead Generation: Proactively identifying potential clients through cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging referrals.
• Presentations & Negotiations: Conducting high-impact online and offline meetings, effectively presenting company services, and handling complex objections.
• Commercial Proposals: Preparing tailored individual offers and leading negotiations to ensure win-win outcomes.
• CRM Management: Diligently updating the sales pipeline, managing qualified leads, and preparing accurate performance reports.
• Client Handover: Collaborating closely with the Account Management team to ensure a seamless client transition after deal closure.

✅ Key Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of B2B sales experience (a background in logistics, CEP, or freight forwarding is a significant plus).
• Languages: Slovak and English (both at a fluent/professional level) are mandatory.
• German Language: Proficiency in German is highly desirable (a strong advantage).
• Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
• Qualities: High level of independence, quick learning ability, and readiness for new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
