Lead Generation Specialist (LinkedIn, Email Outreach)
We work with B2B companies that sell complex products and solutions, helping them improve lead generation, qualification, and sales processes.
A big part of our focus is outbound business development in industries such as tech, manufacturing, construction, and modular products.
We are hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to help us grow our outbound pipeline.
The main focus of this role is LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns.
You will help us find the right companies and contacts, run prospecting campaigns, qualify leads, and support the booking of relevant intro calls.
Responsibilities:
- Research target companies and decision-makers
- Build prospect lists based on ICP criteria
- Launch and manage outbound campaigns through LinkedIn and cold email
- Write clear, relevant, and personalized first-touch messages
- Follow up with leads in a consistent and organized way
- Qualify leads and identify which ones are worth moving forward
- Maintain clean data in CRM / spreadsheets
- Report on outreach activity, replies, and conversion performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation, SDR, appointment setting, or outbound sales support
- Strong experience with LinkedIn and email outreach
- Ability to research leads manually and work with structured targeting
- Good written communication in English
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Comfortable with campaign tools, CRM systems, and reporting
Nice to have:
- Experience with Upwork as an additional lead source
- Experience with outbound for agencies, SaaS, tech, construction, manufacturing, or modular businesses
- Familiarity with Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and similar tools
