About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Head of PSP who will take full ownership of our payment infrastructure and provider network.
This role combines leadership, negotiation, analytics, and operational control. You will be responsible for building and optimizing the payment ecosystem, improving conversion, and ensuring stable and scalable payment flows across key markets.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Search, negotiate, and integrate new PSP providers (CIS focus)
β’ Build and scale payment processing infrastructure from scratch
β’ Set up and manage cascading and transaction routing
β’ Control and optimize payment conversion rates
β’ Monitor PSP performance and improve efficiency metrics
β’ Resolve operational and technical issues with providers
β’ Conduct competitor analysis and benchmark payment solutions
β’ Participate in industry conferences
β’ Manage and develop the PSP team
Requirements
β’ 2+ years of managerial experience in iGaming, Gambling, Forex, Crypto, or FinTech
β’ Strong understanding of the PSP industry and effective sourcing channels
β’ Experience setting up payment processing infrastructure from scratch
β’ Solid understanding of payment gateways and processing systems
β’ Experience managing cascading and payment routing
β’ Deep understanding of payment conversion principles and performance metrics
β’ Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term partnerships
β’ Willingness to attend industry conferences
Will Be a Plus
β’ Experience in fraud monitoring and chargeback handling
β’ Experience managing P2P payment systems
β’ Experience configuring cascading and transaction routing in a Payment Hub
