About the Role

We are looking for a Middle Project Manager who can ensure predictable delivery, strong roadmap execution, and effective cross-team coordination.
 

This is not a task-tracking position. We are looking for a delivery-driven manager who takes ownership of outcomes, timelines, risks, and execution quality.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure stable and predictable roadmap execution
• Decompose product initiatives into structured tasks with clear timelines and ownership
• Manage priorities, risks, and cross-team dependencies
• Remove blockers and ensure commitments are delivered on time
• Build and maintain transparent reporting and performance metrics
• Oversee implementation of engineering standards including automated testing, CI/CD, and monitoring systems
• Participate in UAT and feature acceptance before release
• Coordinate collaboration between engineering, product, design, and other departments
• Run Agile ceremonies and continuously improve delivery processes
 

Probation Period Goals (2–3 months)

• Implement a structured incident management process
• Establish transparent release planning and tracking
• Improve delivery predictability and reduce operational risks
 

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a product company
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD principles
• Practical experience with Jira and Confluence
• Ability to manage risks, priorities, and multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Basic technical understanding of API integrations, frontend vs backend architecture, and QA processes
• Experience working with distributed teams
• English level B2 or higher
 

Will Be a Plus

• Experience in iGaming or FinTech
• Experience building processes from scratch
• Experience working with delivery metrics and performance analytics
