Project Manager
We are looking for a Project Manager for an international company specializing in custom electronics development for MilTech projects. The company delivers innovative hardware solutions for diverse industries, including medical devices, industrial electronics, automotive, and agricultural technology.

Project Team: Team Lead, Hardware Engineer, 2 SW Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Quality Engineer
Main projects: MilTech.
Office / work mode: Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv (preferably a hybrid or remote type of work).

Requirements:
- 3+ years of project management experience in the hardware project
- Successfully delivered at least 2+ commercial projects with a scope of 2000+ man-hours
- Experience managing a team of 3-6 people
- Proven end-to-end delivery ownership in at least one commercial project
- Experience in scope planning and delivery increment management
- Understanding of defect management processes
- Experience with bug-tracking and task management systems (Jira, Azure, Redmine, etc.)
- Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Strong analytical and systems thinking skills, with the ability to decompose complex problems and operate at the intersection of technical and business domains
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
- English level B2 or higher (spoken and written communication)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with MilTech projects
- Understanding of HDLC (Hardware Development Life Cycle)
- Previous technical background (Business Analyst, Software Developer, QA, or Electronic Engineer)
Responsibilities:
- Full ownership and delivery of commercial projects in the mil-tech domain
- Planning and decomposition of project scope, defining and managing delivery increments
- Team coordination and ensuring timely execution of project milestones
- Risk management and task prioritization
- Communication with the client
- Establishing and maintaining processes in accordance with SDLC (and HDLC when applicable)
- Quality control and participation in resolving complex technical issues
- Working with task management and bug-tracking systems (Jira, Azure, Redmine, etc.)
