Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer with deep expertise in backend development and production-ready ML systems. This role requires strong Python skills, experience deploying machine learning at scale, and a proven ability to turn research into actionable, real-world solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain ML systems in production environments.
• Build scalable backend services supporting AI/ML applications.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, and engineers to integrate models into applications.
• Optimize models and pipelines for efficiency, reliability, and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging ML technologies and best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide technical decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of backend engineering experience, with strong Python proficiency.
• Minimum 5 years of practical ML engineering experience, including production-grade model deployment.
• Proven track record of deploying ML systems into real-world applications.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and system design skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning in production.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices.
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
