Recruitment assistance (IT Focus)

Dataforest recruitment team is looking for a detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant to join our journey.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind our candidate pipeline, utilizing your previous IT sourcing experience to identify top tech talent and ensuring a seamless interview process.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Strategic Sourcing: Identify and engage passive tech candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other specialized platforms like Djinni.
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes and portfolios to ensure technical alignment with job requirements.
• Interview Coordination: Manage complex scheduling for technical interviews, final interviews across multiple teams and external experts.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) HURMA.
• Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding recruitment logistics, ensuring professional and timely communication.

Requirements:
 

• Proven experience as an IT Sourcer or in a similar technical recruitment role.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of error-free data entry and scheduling.
• Strong understanding of IT terminology and the tech talent market.
• Proficiency in Boolean search and X-ray search techniques.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (at least B2).
