We believe great products are built by people who take ownership – shaping direction, making decisions, and seeing their work turn into real impact. Now, we’re looking for a SEO Specialist to join the team and help us move our products forward.

We’re looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to drive sustainable organic growth by increasing non-brand visibility, rankings, and conversions. In this role, you will own the SEO strategy end-to-end: from technical SEO and site architecture to content planning, on-page optimization, and link acquisition. You’ll work closely with Product, Development, Marketing and Content teams to turn SEO opportunities into measurable business impact, using data to prioritize initiatives and run ongoing experiments.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the SEO strategy to grow non‑branded organic traffic, rankings, and sign-ups/revenue;
  • Build and manage the SEO roadmap: technical SEO, content, and authority/link acquisition;
  • Conduct keyword research and SERP intent analysis;
  • Plan and produce SEO-driven content;
  • Lead on-page SEO;
  • Own technical SEO audits and collaborate with Development team to implement fixes;
  • Monitor performance using Google Search Console, Ahrefs, GA4, and SEO tools; identify opportunities, issues, and growth experiments;
  • Set up and maintain SEO reporting dashboards; communicate insights and progress to stakeholders;
  • Manage backlink strategy: competitor link analysis, digital PR opportunities, outreach partnerships, and link risk monitoring;
  • Analyze competitors and market trends; translate insights into actionable recommendations;
  • Ensure SEO best practices are embedded into product and content processes (templates, release checklists, QA).

 

Requirements:

  • 4–7+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results in growing non-branded organic traffic in competitive niches;
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO and the ability to translate findings into clear requirements for developers;
  • Expertise in keyword research, content strategy, and on-page optimization;
  • Solid analytical skills: ability to work with data, measure impact, and prioritize based on expected outcomes;
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, and common SEO suites (Ahrefs / Semrush or similar);
  • Experience with site migrations, large-scale content updates, and solving indexation/crawl issues is a plus;
  • Experience with link building/digital PR and evaluating link quality/risk;
  • Strong writing/editing skills for SEO briefs and the ability to collaborate closely with content writers;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to explain SEO to non-SEO teams;
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and an understanding of technical SEO.

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience in gaming, Web3/crypto, fintech, or other regulated/high-competition verticals;
  • Experience with international SEO and multi-language sites.
