We are looking for a Mid-Level Sourcer who will be responsible for systematic talent sourcing and building a high-quality candidate pipeline for the recruitment team.
This role involves deep talent market research, proactive sourcing, source analytics, and pipeline development for complex digital and tech positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive candidate sourcing (LinkedIn, Boolean search, professional communities, databases).
- Build and maintain active talent pipelines.
- Perform market research and competitor mapping.
- Prepare shortlists for recruiters.
- Work with referral programs.
- Maintain and update the candidate database/ATS.
- Analyze the effectiveness of sourcing channels.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in sourcing or recruitment.
- Strong direct search skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn).
- Experience hiring for digital / IT / product roles.
- Analytical mindset and structured approach.
- Strong attention to detail.
- English — A2 level or higher.
