Role Overview:

We are looking for a Recruitment Project Manager who will act as a bridge between clients and our sourcing team.
β
This is not a cold-sourcing role.
β
This is a coordination, quality control, and delivery ownership position.
β
You will own the recruitment process from vacancy intake to candidate submission.
Key Responsibilities

Break down client vacancies into detailed technical and business requirements
β
Prepare clear sourcing briefs for recruiters
β
Coordinate and control sourcers
β
Review CVs and assess technical relevance
β
Conduct structured candidate interviews(if needed)
β
Validate motivation, communication, and expectations
β
Prepare structured candidate summaries
β
Communicate directly with clients
β
Participate in client calls and clarify hiring needs
β
Maintain process transparency and pipeline control
What Weβre Looking For:
β
2+ years in IT recruitment
β
Experience with technical roles (C++ / Backend / DevOps / Embedded, etc.)
β
Strong English (B2+ spoken & written)
β
Ability to independently run candidate interviews
β
Strong analytical mindset
β
Structured thinking
β
Ownership and accountability
Nice to have:
β
Experience with aerospace / automotive / embedded roles
β
Experience managing freelance recruiters
β
Understanding of safety-critical environments

Compensation Model:

Fixed salary in EUR+ % from all closed roles by other recruiters
