What You’ll Do:
- Translate Business Vision into Intelligent AI Solutions
Analyze business requirements and translate them into machine learning or AI-driven solutions. Formalize problem statements, define success metrics, and propose optimal technical approaches aligned with business objectives. - Drive Innovation with Emerging AI Technologies
Research emerging AI approaches and implement best practices within the team. Evaluate new models, frameworks, and architectural patterns with a strong focus on business impact. - Design High-Impact LLM & Prompt Strategies
Develop prompt strategies and LLM-based pipelines. Optimize prompt structures, manage contextual inputs, and build stable interaction flows with large language models. - Build Advanced RAG & Embedding Architectures
Work with RAG architectures, embedding models, and vector databases. Design retrieval pipelines that ensure relevance, accuracy, and scalability of AI-powered solutions. - Ensure Generative AI Quality & Reliability
Evaluate generative model performance, including hallucination rates and response relevance. Establish testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement practices for LLM-based systems. - Build Scalable ML & AI Solutions
Develop and optimize large-scale data pipelines using advanced machine learning and AI. Create predictive models for segmentation, personalization, and behavioral forecasting—continuously improving accuracy and performance. - Be a Strategic AI Partner Across Teams
Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and developers to align on solution design and implementation. Support cross-functional decision-making by balancing speed, quality, and scalability.
Who Are We Looking For?
Hard Skills
- Higher Education in Computer Science, System Analysis, Informatics, Mathematics.
- 2+ years of experience translating complex business problems into actionable insights through hands-on analytics.
- 1.5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and predictive modeling.
1.5+ years of Experience with LLMs, NLP, STT, RAG etc. - Strong SQL and Python skills (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, Matplotlib).
- Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Looker or Tableau is a plus
- Solid understanding of the ML lifecycle — from EDA to production deployment.
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

- High level of autonomy, ownership, and accountability.
- Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex ideas clearly.
