VIP manager

We’re looking for a VIP Account Manager to own and grow a dedicated portfolio of high-value players.
You’ll work closely with the Head of CRM, Support, Payments, Risk, and Product teams to ensure premium-level service and sustainable VIP revenue growth in a fast-scaling iGaming environment.

 

💪Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a dedicated portfolio of VIP players
  • Maintaining regular proactive communication with VIP players
  • Ensuring fast resolution of issues related to payments, bonuses and account matters
  • Coordinating with Support, Payments, Risk, and Product teams on VIP-related cases
  • Granting personalized bonuses within the approved discretionary limit
  • Reactivating VIP players showing declining activity
  • Monitoring deposit activity and player behavior
  • Analyzing portfolio performance (GGR, deposit frequency, activity decline)
  • Providing regular reports and insights to the Head of CRM
  • Monitoring player satisfaction and loyalty within the VIP portfolio

 

🔥 Skills & Competencies:
✔️ 2+ years of experience in iGaming/Sweepstakes
✔️ Experience working with VIP or high-value player segments
✔️ Experience working with CRM systems
✔️ English B2+

 

⭐ Nice to Have

Experience in US-facing Sweepstakes projects
