Our ecosystem includes rider and driver apps, a real-time dispatch system, admin dashboards, and branded web portals — all backed by a secure, scalable Azure infrastructure. We offer both SaaS and franchise models to help partners grow fast across regions.

You will be part of the BizDev team and work with highly motivated professionals who are passionate about the project. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager, Product team, Customer Success team, Sales team, and the Head of the product.

Impact you will make    

We are seeking a PPC Specialist to support and optimize Mobion’s paid advertising campaigns, improving performance while ensuring efficient use of a limited monthly budget. 

 

This is a flexible, contract-based engagement. The workload is expected to be 20–30 hours during the first month, followed by 10–15 hours per month on an ongoing basis. 

 

  • Manage and optimize the monthly advertising budget, ensuring efficient spend allocation across campaigns. 
  • Analyze performance across the full funnel (impressions → clicks → demo requests) to identify optimization opportunities. 
  • Track and evaluate key performance metrics including CPL, CAC, MRR contribution, LTV, email CTRs, and ROAS. 
  • Audit existing paid advertising campaigns, restructure them when needed, and launch optimized campaigns to test new targeting, geographies, and messaging. 
  • Leverage analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, GTM) to extract insights, identify bottlenecks, and prioritize data-driven actions. 
  • Continuously optimize bidding strategies, targeting, creatives, and ad messaging to improve cost efficiency, lead quality, and overall performance. 
  • Build and maintain clear performance dashboards to monitor KPIs, assess campaign effectiveness, and provide structured recommendations. 
  • Design and run controlled experiments to scale campaigns into new geographies, audiences, or channels while maintaining performance stability. 

     

Skills we are looking for     

  • 3+ years of experience in the SaaS product industry. 
  • Proven experience working with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, with a strong focus on precise audience targeting and campaign optimization. 
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing techniques, including retargeting, audience segmentation, and data-driven strategy adjustments based on campaign results. 
  • Hands-on experience with marketing and analytics tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Semrush (or similar SEO tools), and Hotjar (or similar behavior analytics tools). 
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Power BI or similar) to analyze user behavior and identify key growth drivers. 
  • Ability to build clear analytical reports, dashboards, and extract actionable insights to support data-driven marketing decisions. 
  • Comprehensive understanding of core marketing concepts, including sales funnels, customer journey mapping, competitive analysis, brand positioning, KPIs, and performance reporting. 
  • English – Intermediate and above. 
  • Strong communication skills, independence, and self-organization.
